我的短命工output designer 2...Working as an output designer 2...

让我们来继续吧.........（竟然是在两个月后!!!)
Let's continue~~(after 2 months++.....)



过程:
Progress:

首先当然是将你的作品先输入电脑里啦......
First of all, drag your artwork to the laptop.......




如果使用transfer paper的话.....
就由这架叫做影印机的东西将图案印出来.....
(这影印机很贵的哦!!)
If you're using transfer paper,
The printer will output your artworks.....
(This machine is quite expensive, man!)




若是用Flex的话, 就用这个叫Craft robo的机器将图案割出来.....
Craft robo 这个东西其实是可以割任何纸张或像纸一样薄的塑胶片....
很方便, 像是如果你要做复杂的图案镂空, 他就帮得上啦!!....
而且可以选择不同的割法.....
当然像Flex这种材质, 是由一层胶和一层贴纸组成, 所以只要将胶片层割断就行了
If using flex, this machine, Craft robo could be your helper.
It can actually cuts all kinds of material which is similar to paper.
For details, not a problem......
And of course you can choose different ways to cut your artworks.....
For Flex( form by one layer of polyurethane and one layer of adhesive), just cut out
the surface(polyurethane).......




接下来, 就是将印好或割好了的图案....连同衣服或其他布质的东西.....
放到这机器中间, 高温加压.....
当然，不同的材质有不同的温度与加压时间....
像是transfer paper, 温度通常在190℃......12秒左右....
Flex则是160℃, 10秒左右.....
Following by putting your fabric togather with transfer paper or flex
between the platen surfaces of the heat press machine.....
Different materials different temperature and timing......
For transfer paper, 190℃.....around 12 seconds
For Flex, 160℃ and around 10 seconds.......





以下是徽章的制作过程....
超容易的......只要有这个仪器.....就可以了....
Below is the progress of making a badge.....
Very simple......If you got this, badge machine.....

哈哈...将图案印在普通的纸....对, 就是普通的纸.....
再用割圆器割出来...
看我，多勤奋~!!
Get your artwork printed on normal A4 paper...ya....it is....
And using circle cutter to cut it out.....
That's me~....the hard working me.......

然后然后......徽章金属片上覆盖图案纸, 再覆盖一层薄透明纸.....
一同置入相应的圈圈内(左)......另一边则置入有扣针的金属片.....
分别压一次......(还满难解释的....抱歉了...)
Then, we got 3 layers, the top one is Mylar, followed by your artwork
and shell dome.......
Insert them all together into the so called pick up die(the circle thingy on left).......
and the other so called crimp die with pin back metal piece.......
and and and and....press each of the die!!.....(hard to explain....)

就完成啦......
我旁边那位就是白王子嘉啦.....
Finally, get it done!....
The one on the right is Philip~~~

他可受小孩欢迎了~!!....（因为他手里的NDS....)
He is so popular among these kids!!!!!......with his NDS...haha

还有, 做工的时候，都有朋友帮衬我.....
真的很感谢!!!

加上一个被逼买的......印有她名字的徽章.....呵呵.....
She bought my handmade badge and another badge, which was printed
with her name(forced by me)......hahhaha........

我当然也会做错事啦!!....有一回竟然将顾客的一件衣给印熔了!!!
那是尼龙质料的布，我竟然放到190℃......
I make mistakes too!!!......I melted one of the client's shirt which
made by nylon......I put the temperature in to 190℃~!!!!.....


在2008的最后一天，档口结束营业.......
In 2008, the kiosk was closed........

虽然薪水不高, 但是却非常有趣........
当你帮助顾客完成一件作品时，他们满意的样子，足够让你一天内的疲劳全都忘了~~
Although it is not a well paid job, I'm enjoying it....
When the customers satisfied with the work, you probably will be glad~!!
